At LoveInTrend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make it as easy as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
  • Items must be returned within 30 days​ of the delivery date.
  • Products should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and swimwear are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at loveintrend@outlook.com​ with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, error in the order, or damage during transit. In such cases, we will cover the shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. International Returns
For international customers, please be aware that customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Additionally, import fees may apply upon return, which are the responsibility of the customer.
